I wanted to share more about my depression this week. I really did. But oh by gosh by golly, it was just too hard. There was too much to say and not enough strength or energy to say it and do it justice.
What I really needed was a mental health break.
That's what I want you to know about depression today. Sometimes you just can't -- whatever it is, you just can't. You need a break. So instead of a normal post, please enjoy this lovely video which will undoubtedly lift your spirits and warm the cockles of your heart, while I give my brain a rest.
