Smith about his book Irrationality: A History of the Dark Side of Reason brings up some points about irrationality vs. rationality that I hadn’t really thought of before.
This interview with Lori Gottlieb about her book Maybe You Should Talk to Someone: A Therapist, Her Therapist, and Our Lives Revealed gives a good, insightful overview of what therapy tries to do.
